December 18, 2020,Two three-phase flow tubular heat exchangers manufactured by Dalian Dongfang Yipeng Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully arrived at the site of the Shuangtaizi gas storage facility in the Liaohe Oilfield and were successfully hoisted into place on December 19.
The three-phase flow tubular heat exchanger is one of the core devices of the national key project Shuangtaizi gas storage facility, and this heat exchanger isthe largest single unit equipment in domestic gas storage projects., creatingmultiple firsts in similar domestic natural gas processing devices.
At the end of 2019, the Liaohe Oilfield proposed a strategic goal of building a ten-million-ton oilfield and a ten-billion-cubic-meter gas storage facility, planning to invest 60 billion yuan successively, with all production expected by 2035. By then, the Liaohe Oilfield gas storage cluster will becomethe gas regulation hub for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Northeast regions.The Shuangtaizi gas storage cluster is part of this and is listed as a key project. Since the project started in early 2020, it has received high attention and importance from the National Development and Reform Commission, the group company, local governments, and the Liaohe Oilfield.
